Access GCSEPod has teamed up with two leading charities, The Body Happy Org and YoungMinds, to create new mental health resources for students, teachers, and parents.

Did you know that looking after your mental health is just as important as looking after your body? It can be difficult to talk about times when you feel angry, anxious, or even depressed, but you aren’t alone.
